About the role
The Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A) invites qualified, experienced and dynamic professionals to join its team on a contract basis to support high-impact infrastructure and investment projects. Selected candidates will work with a statutory body mandated to strengthen Pakistan's public‑private partnership framework and enable private sector participation in public infrastructure and services. A competitive remuneration package, commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with P3A's Human Resources Regulations, 2022, will be offered to selected candidates.
Posts and vacancies
1. Head, Finance and Fund Management
- Qualification & experience: At least a Master's or equivalent degree (equivalent to at least seventeen (17) years of schooling) in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA or equivalent are acceptable. A minimum of ten (10) to twelve (12) years (post-sixteen (16) years' qualification) of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, project finance (including PPP experience) from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency and/or public sector organization. Age shall not exceed 62 years on the date of this advertisement.
2. Deputy Head, Fund Management and Investment Promotion
- Qualification & experience: At least a Bachelor's or equivalent degree (equivalent to at least sixteen (16) years of schooling) in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA or equivalent are acceptable. A minimum of ten (10) years (post-sixteen (16) years' qualification) of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, project finance (including PPP experience) from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency and/or public sector organization. Age shall not exceed 60 years on the date of this advertisement.
3. Director, Advisory
- Qualification & experience: At least a Bachelor's or equivalent degree (equivalent to at least sixteen (16) years of schooling) in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent are acceptable. A minimum of six (6) years (post-sixteen (16) years' qualification) of relevant experience in advisory roles, strategic consulting, public‑private partnerships, infrastructure development, investment/transaction advisory or related fields. Experience working with multilateral organizations, investment banks and/or public sector entities is highly desirable. Age shall not exceed 60 years on the date of this advertisement.
4. Associate Director, Finance and Accounts
- Qualification & experience: At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (equivalent to at least sixteen (16) years of schooling) in a relevant discipline such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent are acceptable. A minimum of six (6) years (post-sixteen (16) years' qualification) of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, audit, corporate finance or related fields. Experience with a reputable firm, financial institution, multilateral organization and/or public sector entity will be preferred. Age shall not exceed 55 years on the date of this advertisement.
Eligibility
Candidates must hold the educational qualifications and professional credentials as specified for each post (Bachelor's 16 years or Master's 17 years as indicated). Relevant professional qualifications (CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA or equivalents) are acceptable where noted. Required experience is measured post the sixteen (16) or seventeen (17) years' qualification as specified for each role. Age limits are set per post: Head (maximum 62 years), Deputy Head (maximum 60 years), Director, Advisory (maximum 60 years), Associate Director, Finance and Accounts (maximum 55 years).
