About the role

A leading group involved in multiple large-scale mixed-use projects and diversified hospitality and retail portfolios is seeking an accomplished and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer based in Islamabad. The CFO will lead the Group's financial strategy, governance and performance across a diversified portfolio. Key responsibilities include providing strategic financial leadership, ensuring strong financial controls, driving sustainable growth and value creation, overseeing corporate finance, treasury and investment evaluation, and managing relationships with boards, executive leadership, investors and external auditors.

Eligibility

• Education and professional qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory. Candidates qualified from Big Four accounting firms will be preferred. Additional qualifications in finance, business, investment or management will be an advantage.

• Experience: 20+ years of progressive experience in finance and demonstrated experience in accounting, corporate finance, treasury, investment evaluation, governance and stakeholder management. Minimum 5 years of experience in a CFO or equivalent senior financial leadership role. Proven ability to work effectively with Boards, CEOs, business heads, investors, financial institutions and external auditors. Experience in multiple large-scale mixed-use projects is strongly preferred.
