Professional and Administrative Vacancies at Centre of Excellence for Autism Spectrum Disorder Company (CEASDC)

About the role

The Centre of Excellence for Autism Spectrum Disorder Company (CEASDC), Islamabad, under the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, invites applications from eligible Pakistani nationals for multiple professional and administrative positions. All appointments will be made on a contract basis under terms approved by the Competent Authority. Selected candidates may be required to serve at the CEASDC in Islamabad or at any associated facility/unit established under the Company.

Posts and vacancies

1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) — MP-I — 1 post
- Master's degree (16 years) in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences or Finance from an HEC-recognized university/institution. Minimum 15 years relevant post-qualification professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership/management position in a public-sector entity, autonomous body, company, educational/health/rehabilitation institution or comparable organization. Demonstrated experience in institutional governance, strategic planning, HR, administrative management and stakeholder coordination required.

2. Director Clinical & Therapeutic Services — PPS-09 — 1 post
- Master's degree (16 years) in Clinical Psychology, Speech & Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Sciences, Applied Behavior Analysis, Public Health or related clinical/rehabilitation discipline. Valid professional registration/licensing where applicable. Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role in autism, developmental disabilities, rehabilitation, mental health, special education or multidisciplinary clinical services.

3. Director Education & Programs — PPS-09 — 1 post
- Master's degree (16 years) in Education, Special Education, Educational Leadership/Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, Curriculum & Instruction or relevant discipline. Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role in education/special education, inclusive education, programme management, curriculum, vocational/life-skills or disability services.

4. Director Finance, Accounts & Budget — PPS-09 — 1 post
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or Economics OR CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, budgeting, treasury, financial reporting and internal controls, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in public-sector/company management, IFRS, audit and government financial procedures preferred.

5. Company Secretary / Head Legal & Corporate Affairs — PPS-10 — 1 post
- Master's degree (16 years) in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, Finance or Corporate Governance with requisite eligibility under applicable Companies Act/SECP requirements. Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience in corporate governance, board/committee secretariat, statutory compliance, company law, SECP filings, legal coordination and corporate records, including at least 3 years in a senior corporate secretarial/governance role.

6. Director Quality, Safeguarding, Research & M&E — PPS-09 — 1 post
- Master's degree (16 years) in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Sociology, Public Health, Research, Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies or related discipline. Training/certification in safeguarding/child protection or quality assurance preferred. Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role in quality assurance, safeguarding, disability or social-sector programmes.

7. Director HR & Administration — PPS-09 — 1 post
- Master's degree (16 years) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences or related discipline. Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience in HR management, establishment, administration, recruitment, performance management and service matters, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

8. Admin Officer — PPS-07 — 1 post
- Master's degree (16 years) in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or related discipline. Minimum 3 years relevant post-qualification experience in administration, HR operations, establishment, office management and records coordination.

9. Procurement & Contracts Officer — PPS-07 — 1 post
- Master's degree (16 years) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline. PPRA/procurement training preferred. Minimum 3 years relevant post-qualification experience in procurement planning, tendering, bid evaluation, contract administration, vendor management and procurement record keeping.

10. ICT / MIS & Records Officer — PPS-07 — 1 post
- Master's degree (16 years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or related discipline. Minimum 3 years relevant post-qualification experience in ICT systems, MIS, data management/governance, networks, information security, digital records or institutional IT support.

11. Clinical Coordinator / Case Management Lead — PPS-08 — 1 post
- Master's degree (16 years) in Clinical Psychology, Speech & Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Sciences, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education or related clinical/rehabilitation discipline. Valid professional registration where applicable. Minimum 5 years relevant post-qualification experience in rehabilitation or multidisciplinary clinical services, including case coordination, clinical scheduling, care plans and multidisciplinary case conferences.

12. Education & Inclusion Lead — PPS-08 — 1 post
- Master's/MS/MPhil in Special Education, Education, Educational Leadership, Psychology or related discipline; 18 years of education preferred. Minimum 5 years relevant post-qualification experience in special/inclusive education, preferably involving autistic children, teacher supervision, differentiated instruction and multidisciplinary working.

13. Vocational / Life Skills & Outreach Lead — PPS-07/08 — 1 post
- Master's degree (16 years) in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, Vocational Rehabilitation, Career Counseling, Education, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related discipline. Minimum 5 years relevant post-qualification experience in vocational training, life-skills development, transition planning, supported employment, community/family outreach or disability services. Direct experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

Eligibility

• Only Pakistani nationals may apply. Age limits vary by post: CEO 45 years; most Director posts 35 years; Clinical Coordinator, Education & Inclusion Lead and Vocational Lead 30 years; Admin, Procurement and ICT posts 25 years. Exact age requirement is as printed for each post.

• Only post-qualification experience relevant to the advertised post will be considered. The cutoff date for determining eligibility in terms of age, qualification and experience is the application closing date.

• Serving Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Body or Public Sector employees must apply through the proper channel and produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time prescribed by the recruiting authority.

• Recruitment will be made purely on merit. Shortlisted candidates will be called for test and/or interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.

Important dates

• Last date for submission of online applications: 15 days from publication, 2026-10-25. Registration must be submitted (press SUBMIT) before 4:00 PM on the closing date.
