About the role
Armed Forces Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine (AFIRM), Rawalpindi Cantt is inviting applications for technical posts to support its artificial limb and diagnostic services. Selected candidates will work in workshop and clinical settings providing prosthetic and ECG support under institute supervision. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in test or interview.
Posts and vacancies
- Prosthetic Technician — 1 post — BPS-11
- Qualification/experience: Matric with Science; certificate in the field of artificial limb workshop; 2 years experience in the field of artificial limb workshop.
- ECG Technician — 1 post — BPS-07
- Qualification/experience: Matric; certificate in ECG Technician course.
Eligibility
- Must be a Pakistani national. Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
- Domicile: Sindh (R) for the advertised posts.
- Age: 18 to 25 years. Age and experience will be counted on the last date of submission of application. Age relaxation will be granted as per Federal Government Age Relaxation Policy 1993.
- Government servants may apply through proper channel.
- Quotas: positions are reserved for females, persons with disabilities and minority communities as per Federal Government policy.
