Deputy Manager (Regulatory Affairs)

About the role

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) is hiring a Deputy Manager for its Market Implementation & Regulatory Affairs Department (MIRAD) on a purely contractual basis. The role requires understanding of bilateral contracts and the bidding process; knowledge of competitive electricity markets is an advantage. The appointment will be made under the applicable PESCO Contractual Employees Policy and is extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor or equivalent in Engineering, Law, or Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of total experience, including at least 3 years' experience in the power sector. Experience in the relevant field will be given preference.

• Age limit: Up to 40 years.

• Nationality: Applicant must be a citizen of Pakistan.

• Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or Public Sector Organizations must apply through proper channel.

• Candidates will be required to produce original educational, professional, and experience documents, along with a valid CNIC, at the time of interview or whenever required during the recruitment process.
