About the role

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites applications for the position of Deputy Manager (Regulatory Affairs) in the Market Implementation & Regulatory Affairs Department (MIRAD). The appointment will be made purely on a contractual basis on a lump-sum pay basis, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and approval of the competent authority. The post requires understanding of bilateral contracts and the bidding process; knowledge of competitive electricity markets will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Bachelor or equivalent in Engineering, Law, or Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of total experience including 3 years of experience in the power sector. Experience in the relevant field will be given preference.

• Citizenship: Applicant must be a citizen of Pakistan.

• Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or Public Sector Organizations should apply through the proper channel.

• Shortlisted candidates meeting the prescribed criteria will be called for interview. Candidates must produce original educational, professional, and experience documents along with a valid CNIC at the time of interview or whenever required during the recruitment process.
