About the role

A Progressive Corporate Sector Organization with an office in Islamabad is seeking a competent, talented and result-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a contract basis for a period to be decided by the Board of Directors. The CEO will lead business transformation and turnarounds, manage diverse public and private stakeholders, drive top-line growth through innovative interventions, and ensure competitive bottom-line performance. The role requires experience in project management, joint ventures, contract negotiation and financial management, and a strong track record of providing quality client services.

Eligibility

• Nationality: Pakistani nationals only.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Avionics, Aerospace). Preferably with a degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 20 years of professional experience with at least 5 years of proven experience at C-level, preferably as CEO/Head of organizations in Space Sciences, Remote Sensing & GIS or related disciplines, blended with substantial business volumes.

• Age limit: 45 to 62 years on the closing date of this advertisement (26 Oct 2026).

• Government employees must apply through proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview. Public sector employees will be required to resign if selected.

• Compliance with selection criteria does not guarantee short-listing; if a large number of applicants meet the criteria, only the most suitable candidates with higher academic grades and relevant experience will be shortlisted.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
