About the role
The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) invites applications for several positions at its Head Office in Lahore and at its Regional Offices. The posts are offered purely on a contract basis, and the Cleaner posts are offered on a daily wage basis. Successful candidates will receive market-competitive remuneration and other benefits. Eligibility
- Deputy Director (Operations) and Deputy Director(s) (Inspections): MBBS or BDS with a Master's, MS or postgraduate degree in clinical subjects, Public Health, Health Management or equivalent, recognised by PM&DC, HEC or the relevant authority. At least 10 years of relevant experience and sound exposure to healthcare service delivery systems in the public and/or private sector.
- Manager(s) (Inspections): MBBS or BDS recognised by PM&DC or the relevant authority, with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Officer (Administration): At least 16 years of education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounts or equivalent, recognised by HEC or the relevant authority, with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Cleaner(s): Under Matric, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Internal employees and employees of government, semi-government or autonomous bodies and institutes must apply through proper channel and attach a fresh NOC issued by their department or authority.
How to apply
Posts 1 to 4: Visit www.phc.org.pk, download the challan form and deposit the non-refundable fee according to the instructions on the form:
- Rs. 2,000 for Deputy Director (Operations) and Deputy Director(s) (Inspections)
- Rs. 1,000 for Manager(s) (Inspections) and Officer (Administration)
All online applications must be accompanied by a soft copy of the paid challan form.
Post 5 (Cleaners): Send your application with a passport-size photograph, an updated CV, a copy of a valid CNIC and a non-refundable Demand Draft or Pay Order of Rs. 500 in favour of "Punjab Healthcare Commission" to the Head Office: 185 Ahmad Block, New Garden Town, Lahore.
Incomplete or deficient applications will be rejected. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, and no TA/DA will be paid. Candidates may be required to take aptitude or computer assessments. The PHC reserves the right to reject any application.
Applicants who already applied under advertisement IPL No. 7746 (published on 29 July 2026, closing date 17 August 2026) do not need to reapply.
