About the role
The Finance Department, Civil Secretariat, Quetta is offering internship opportunities under the ICAP Trainee Programme. Selected interns will complete hands-on training in line with ICAP's prescribed training period. The appointment duration is aligned with that training period. The internship is governed by the ICAP Training Regulations and Guidelines.
Interns will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 50,000 at the start of the internship. Selection will be made on merit, competency and relevance to the terms of reference (TOR). The Department reserves the right to defer or cancel the recruitment at any stage.

Eligibility
- Completion of CAF level or equivalent.
- Completion of the hands-on training requirements from ICAP.
- Maximum age limit of 28 years.
- Candidates must hold a Balochistan domicile or be local residents.
