About the role
The Office of the Executive Engineer, Tando Muhammad Khan Drainage Division, invites applications for initial recruitment to non-technical posts in BS-01 to BS-04. Candidates must have domicile of District Tando Muhammad Khan.
Recruitment is being conducted under Government of Sindh policy, the Provincial Cabinet decision of 1 December 2025, Agenda Item No. 25(a), and Services, General Administration & Coordination Department decisions SOVI(SGA&CD)/7(12)/2025 and SOV(SGA&CD)8-27/2019(Pt.Iv) (Volume), both dated 3 December 2025.
The vacancies are initially temporary and will become permanent after completion of the probation period under the Sindh Service (Appointment, Promotion & Transfers) Rules, 1973.

There are 41 vacancies in total. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased, and candidates will have no right to challenge such changes.
Eligibility
The age limit is 18 to 28 years. General relaxation of five years in the upper age limit is allowed under the applicable Government of Sindh policy and Notification No. SO-II(SGA&CD)5-64/2011(part file), dated 16 October 2024.
Applicants must hold domicile of District Tando Muhammad Khan and meet the requirements for their chosen post. Reserved quotas are 15% for women, 5% for minorities and 5% for persons with disabilities. The rural quota of 60% and urban quota of 40% will be maintained under government policy.
Government employees must apply through the proper channel.

Attach two recent passport-size photographs and attested copies of the CNIC, domicile, Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC), educational certificates and experience certificates where required. Place the photographs in the designated space on the application form.
Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. No travelling or daily allowance will be admissible.
