About the role

Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL) invites applications for a Senior Management Associate on a regular basis under the Balochistan quota. PRCL is a state-owned enterprise working under the administrative control of the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a Balochistan Local/Domicile Certificate. The qualification requirement is a bachelor's or master's degree, representing 16 years of education, in Business Administration, Commerce or an equivalent discipline from an HEC-recognized institute.

Three years of experience in insurance, takaful, reinsurance or re-takaful underwriting is preferred.

The age limit is 18–25 years, with five years of general age relaxation and an additional five years of relaxation for candidates from Balochistan, allowing a maximum age of 35 years.

Recruitment will take place at district level with the assistance of the newly established District Employment Cells. Selection will use a walk-in interview process without an entry or written test.
