About the role
The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan, requires an experienced Short Term Expert (STE) in Human Resource Management (HRM). The expert will assist NAVTTC's management in HRM matters, including:
- identifying staffing requirements
- updating job descriptions
- assisting the shortlisting committee
- developing test and interview questions

Eligibility
- Education: A 16-year degree from an HEC-recognised university.
- Experience: More than 10 years of progressive senior-level experience in Human Resource Management.
- Preference: Candidates with additional certification or recognition in HRM will be preferred. Candidates with national or international public or private sector experience will also be preferred.
