Export-Import Bank of Pakistan (Pak EXIM) is Pakistan's official Export Credit Agency, established to strengthen the country's export competitiveness. The bank provides trade finance, credit insurance, guarantees and risk mitigation solutions to support exporters, financial institutions and strategic industries.

Eligibility
Group Head Strategy, Transformation & Assurance
Applicants must have at least a bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Strategy, Information Technology, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field from a leading local or international university recognised by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. A master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent industry-recognised credentials are highly desirable.
At least 15 years of progressive professional experience is required, preferably in banking, development finance institutions, multilateral financial institutions or a corporate entity. This must include at least five years in a senior strategy, corporate planning or advisory capacity, with a strong record of cross-functional engagement and consensus-building.
Manager/Assistant Manager Treasury Front Office
Applicants must have at least a master's degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline from a leading local or international university recognised by HEC Pakistan. An ACI Certificate, CFA Level 1 or NIBAF Treasury Certificate may be an added advantage.
Relevant treasury experience must be at least four years for Assistant Manager and five years for Manager, gained in a bank, development finance institution, non-bank financial institution or FMAP-accredited brokerage house.
Officer/Junior Officer — Administration
Applicants must have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, or a Diploma of Associate Engineering in Civil Engineering or another related field, from a leading local or international university recognised by HEC Pakistan.
Relevant experience in Administration/General Services must be at least two years for Officer and one year for Junior Officer, preferably in a bank, development finance institution, public-sector organisation or established corporate entity.
