About the role
The Office of the Executive Engineer, Mithrao Division, Mirpurkhas, invites applications from candidates holding domicile of District Umerkot for initial recruitment to posts in BPS-01 to BPS-04. There are 51 vacancies, with postings in Samaro, Kunri and Pithoro in District Umerkot.
The recruitment concerns posts reflected in the Budget Book for financial year 2026–27. It follows the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Mirpurkhas, order dated 19 May 2026 and the Cabinet decision dated 4 December 2025.
The vacancies are purely temporary. Appointment will become permanent after completion of the probation period under the Sindh Services (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1973.

These vacancies fall within the Samaro and Nabisar sub-divisions.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold domicile of District Umerkot. The age limit for every post is 18 to 28 years. General relaxation of five years in the upper age limit is admissible under the Government policy communicated through the notification dated 6 March 2025.
The prescribed quotas will be observed under Government of Sindh rules and policy: 5% for differently abled persons, 15% for women, 5% for minorities and 0.5% for transgender candidates.
Applicants already in Government service must apply through their respective departments using the proper channel.
How to apply
Submit an application containing full particulars, along with two passport-size photographs and attested copies of academic testimonials, CNIC, domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC). Attach the driving licence and experience certificate where required for the post.
Applications must reach the Office of the Executive Engineer, Mithrao Division, Tando Adam Road, near Madrasa Qasim-Ul-Uloom, Mirpurkhas, within 15 days of publication.
Incomplete applications and applications received after the closing date will not be entertained. Canvassing in any form or manner will make a candidate liable to disqualification.
The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased at any stage. Candidates have no right to challenge such changes. Only eligible, shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.
