Teaching Staff Vacancies at Cantt Public Education System, Gujranwala Cantt

About the role

The Military Lands and Cantonments Department, Ministry of Defence, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from eligible candidates to fill vacant posts in the Cantt Public Education System at the Aminpur Campus, Gujranwala Cantt. The hiring is managed by the Education Directorate. Recruitment will be on a contract basis and will remain so. The posts are non-transferable.

Eligibility

Montessori Teacher

• MA, MSc or BS (16 years of education). Candidates with a BA or BSc may also apply for backward areas.

• One-year Montessori Diploma from a recognised institution (mandatory).

• IT skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel) are mandatory.

• Experience: 2 years of Montessori-level teaching.

• Age limit: 25 to 50 years.

Senior Teacher (Computer Science and Mathematics)

• MA, MSc or BS (16 years of education) in the relevant subject; MPhil or MS (18 years of education) preferred.

• B.Ed or M.Ed preferred.

• IT skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel) are mandatory.

• Experience: 3 years in a reputed school or college.

• Age limit: 30 to 55 years.

PTI

• Intermediate (12 years of education).

• Preferred qualifications: coaching courses from recognised institutions, experience as a departmental, provincial or district level coach or player, and physical training courses from a recognised institution.

• Experience: 3 years of coaching or playing experience.

• Age limit: 30 to 55 years.

• Retired personnel from the Armed Forces, Civil Armed Forces, Police and other departments with the required experience and qualifications may apply.

The upper age limit will be calculated from the closing date of applications. Individuals previously terminated or disengaged from any position or location in the Cantt Public Education System are not eligible.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test and interview.

• At the interview, applicants must submit attested copies of their CNIC and degrees verified by the HEC or other relevant department.

• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the test or interview.
