About the role

Board of Management Multan Industrial Estate (BOM-MIE) is hiring on a contract basis for managerial and technical positions to support operations at Multan Industrial Estate. Appointments will be made against the listed posts with salary ranges shown. Females, minorities and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

Posts and vacancies

• Estate Manager (on contract basis) — 1 post. Salary range: PKR 125,000 - 250,000.

• Estate Affairs Officer (on contract basis) — 1 post. Salary range: PKR 45,000 - 115,000.

• Building Inspector (on contract basis) — 1 post. Salary range: PKR 40,000 - 90,000.

Eligibility

Estate Manager: Graduation (16 years) in a relevant field; preferably a Master degree in Business, Management or Engineering from an HEC recognized university. Minimum 10 years of relevant administrative experience. Preferable retired officers of the armed forces. Minimum age 35 years.

Estate Affairs Officer: Graduation (14 years) in a relevant field; preferably a Master degree in Business, Management or Commerce from an HEC recognized university. Minimum 6 years of related experience. Minimum age 25 years.

Building Inspector: Graduation (14 years) in a relevant field OR DAE (Civil) from an HEC recognized institute. If graduated, minimum 5 years' related experience; if DAE or equivalent, minimum 7 years' related experience. Experience in civil/building control and implementation of building bylaws is required. Skill in AutoCAD and drawing is required. Minimum age 22 years.
