About the role

Jinnah Medical Construction Company (JMC) invites applications for multiple contract positions in Islamabad. Appointments will be on a contract basis for three years or until completion of the JMC&RC project (whichever is earlier). Remuneration will be market-based / industry-competitive. Shortlisting and selection will be merit based. Government servants must apply through proper channel. No TA/DA is admissible. Age is calculated as of the closing date. Posts and vacancies

• General Manager (Biomedical Engineering) — 1 post (Max age: 45) — Scale: JMC-03

Qualification & experience: Master's in Biomedical Engineering with minimum 12 years' relevant experience in biomedical engineering including hospital planning and medical equipment planning, procurement, installation and commissioning. JCI hospital experience preferred. Key skills: medical equipment planning, tendering, technical evaluation, commissioning and asset management.

• Manager (Structural Engineering) — 1 post (Max age: 40) — Scale: JMC-04

Qualification & experience: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; Master's in Structural Engineering preferred; PEC registration required. Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in structural engineering, preferably in hospital/high-rise projects. Key skills: structural design/review, site supervision and proficiency in ETABS/SAFE/Revit.

• Manager (Project Construction Management) — 1 post (Max age: 45) — Scale: JMC-04

Qualification & experience: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; PEC/PE registration required. Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in construction project management, execution and contract administration, including 3 years in a leadership role. Hospital, high-rise and EPC experience preferred. Key skills: project lifecycle, contracts, cost, schedule, variations, quality and risk management.

• Manager (Planning & Controlling Engineering) — 1 post (Max age: 40) — Scale: JMC-04

Qualification & experience: Bachelor's in Engineering (any discipline); PEC registration required. Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in project planning, scheduling and monitoring, preferably in large-scale/healthcare projects. EPC experience preferred. Key skills: Primavera P6, scheduling, delay analysis, progress monitoring and reporting.

• Manager (Contract Management) — 1 post (Max age: 45) — Scale: JMC-04

Qualification & experience: LLB required; LLM/corporate legal training preferred; Barrister-at-Law or Advocate of High Court. Minimum 4–6 years' relevant experience in corporate/commercial law and contract management. Key skills: contract drafting/negotiation, contract lifecycle management, risk/compliance, dispute resolution and knowledge of PPRA/PEC contractual frameworks.

• Receptionist / Front Desk Officer — 1 post (Max age: 35) — Scale: JMC-07

Qualification & experience: Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor's preferred. Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in receptionist/front desk, administration, customer service or similar role. Gender: Female.
