About the role
Capital Development Authority (CDA) UPLAN invites online applications for senior contract positions of Director in Civil and Director in Electrical & Mechanical (E&M). Appointments are on a contract basis for an initial period of two years, extendable. Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test, skill test, physical test where applicable, and interviews. No TA/DA will be admissible. Candidates must bring original educational and experience documents to the interview.

Eligibility
Director (Civil): Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years of relevant experience in large scale projects in a senior position. Master's degree in Construction/Project Management will be an advantage. Professional engineering registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council is required. Proven experience managing major infrastructure works with leadership and communication skills. Experience in multi-disciplinary construction environments is preferred.
