About the role

Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) is an 'AAA' rated specialised financial institution with a network of over 500 branches across the country. The Branch Manager will be responsible for:

• Deposit mobilisation

• Agricultural credit expansion

• Recovery of regular and non-performing loans

• Supervising branch services and operations

• EKYC and regulatory compliance

Posts and vacancies

Each candidate must specify three cities or towns for placement. At least one of these must be a place where the candidate was posted in a previous assignment.

Eligibility

• Qualification: A bachelor's degree, at minimum, from an HEC-recognised national or international institute or university.

• Experience: At least 5 years of banking experience, including at least 1 year as a Branch Manager.

• Age limit: A maximum of 45 years as of the closing date for applications.

• Applicants who were dismissed, removed or terminated by a previous employer on disciplinary grounds are not eligible to apply.

• Applicants convicted by any court of law are not eligible to apply.
