About the role
Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) is inviting applications for the position of Branch Manager. ZTBL is an "AAA" rated specialized financial institution with a network of over 500 branches across Pakistan. The bank is looking for energetic, challenge-oriented professionals with a proven track record who can act as a catalyst for transformation in a challenging environment.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for:
- Agricultural credit expansion
- Recovery of regular and non-performing loans
- Supervising branch services and operations
- EKYC and regulatory compliance

Placement cities: Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Rahim Yar Khan, Swat, Chitral, Karachi, Shaheed Benazirabad, Larkana and Sukkur.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Minimum bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized national or international institute or university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, including at least 1 year as a Branch Manager.
- Age limit: Maximum 45 years as on the closing date for applications.
- Placement preference: Each candidate must specify 3 cities or towns for placement, one of which must be a city where he or she was posted in a previous assignment.
- Applicants dismissed, removed or terminated by a previous employer on disciplinary grounds are not eligible to apply.
- Applicants convicted by any court of law are not eligible to apply.
