About the role
Pakistan Sweet Home Cadet College, Sohawa, invites applications for the post of Commandant. The college is located on GT Road, Tehsil Sohawa, District Jhelum.
The Commandant will lead a residential cadet college. The college will give preference to candidates with experience in:
- Command and leadership appointments
- Training and development of young cadets
- Administration of residential institutions
- Discipline and character building of cadets

Eligibility
- Applicants must be a retired Colonel or Lieutenant Colonel, or equivalent, from the Armed Forces.
- Applicants need 28 years of commissioned service.
- The college prefers experience at a cadet college, a military training institution, PMA, PNA, PAF Academy or the Army Education Corps.
- Applicants must be 45 to 55 years old at the time of appointment.
