About the role

Pakistan Sweet Home Cadet College, Sohawa, is hiring an Adjutant. The post is based at the college on GT Road, Tehsil Sohawa, District Jhelum. The Adjutant is responsible for training, discipline, administration, security, staff duties and management of the institution.

The main duties are:

• Maintaining discipline and orderly conduct among cadets

• Supervising the cadet routine, parade, physical training and related activities

• Assisting in the overall administration and security of the college

• Supervising house and dormitory affairs and ensuring the proper welfare of cadets

• Coordinating training, sports, co-curricular and ceremonial activities

• Performing any other duties assigned by the CEO

Eligibility

• Applicants must be a retired Major or Captain, or hold an equivalent rank, from the Armed Forces.

• Applicants need 25 years of commissioned service.

• Experience as Adjutant of a cadet college is preferred.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in cadet discipline, routine, parade, physical training, administration, security, dormitory welfare, and coordination of sports and ceremonial activities.

• Applicants must be 40 to 50 years old at the time of appointment.
