About the role

A leading group involved in multiple large-scale mixed-use projects and diversified hospitality and retail portfolios is seeking an accomplished and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer based in Islamabad. The CFO will lead the Group's financial strategy, governance and performance across a diversified portfolio, ensuring strong financial controls, sustainable growth and long-term value creation. Responsibilities include providing strategic financial leadership, oversight of accounting, treasury, investment evaluation, governance and stakeholder management, and working closely with the Board, CEO and business heads.

Eligibility

• CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory.

• Candidates qualified from Big Four accounting firms will be preferred.

• Additional qualifications in finance, business, investment or management will be an advantage.

• 20+ years of progressive experience in finance, with demonstrated experience in accounting, financial strategy and corporate finance.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a CFO or equivalent senior financial leadership role.

• Proven ability to work effectively with Boards, CEOs, business heads, investors, financial institutions and external auditors.

• Experience in multiple large-scale mixed-use projects is a strong preference.
