About the role
The Engineering Development Board (EDB), Ministry of Industries and Production, invites applications for the Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) Program on an open contract basis initially for one (01) year, extendable on satisfactory performance. The positions are Islamabad based with nationwide visits where required. Detailed Terms of Reference (TORs) are available on the National Job Portal (NJP) and on the EDB website.
Posts and vacancies
1. Information Specialist — Number of posts: as advertised. Qualification & experience: Minimum 16 years education in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a relevant discipline with 4–7 years relevant experience in MIS/database systems and digital platforms. Age limit: 25–50 years.
2. Accounts/Audit Analyst — 1 post. Qualification & experience: Minimum 16 years education in CA/ACCA, MBA or a relevant discipline with 2–5 years relevant experience. Age limit: 25–45 years.
3. Procurement/Contracts Analyst — 1 post. Qualification & experience: Minimum 16 years education in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Law or a relevant discipline with 2–5 years relevant experience. Age limit: 25–45 years.
4. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Assistant — 1 post. Qualification & experience: Minimum Intermediate or equivalent qualification with basic computer skills; office coordination and record management experience preferred. Age limit: 25–45 years.
All vacancies are contractual and do not confer any right to regularization.
Eligibility
Candidates must meet the education and experience requirements listed for each post above. The advertised age limits apply to each corresponding post. Positions are Islamabad based with nationwide travel when required. Government employees may apply through proper channel.
