About the role

A leading group involved in multiple large-scale mixed-use projects and diversified hospitality and retail portfolios is seeking an accomplished and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer to lead the Group's financial strategy, governance and performance. The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership across a diversified portfolio, ensure strong financial controls, support sustainable growth and drive value creation for the Group.

Eligibility

• CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory.

• Candidates with experience at Big Four accounting firms will be preferred.

• Additional qualifications in finance, business, investment, or management are an advantage.

• Minimum 20+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting and corporate finance roles.

• At least 5 years of experience in a CFO or equivalent senior financial leadership position.

• Demonstrated experience in financial strategy, treasury, investment evaluation, governance and stakeholder management.

• Proven ability to work effectively with Boards, CEOs, business heads, investors, financial institutions and external auditors.

• Experience in multiple large-scale mixed-use projects is a strong preference.
