About the role

PPCBL is hiring for multiple positions across collections, retail banking, product management, HR, digital banking, IT and general administration. Roles include management and officer-level positions with responsibilities in recovery, regional business, product strategy and delivery, HR recruitment and learning, debit card and SMS operations, systems administration, and property administration. Candidates will work within the bank's branches and head office functions and will report to the relevant group or division heads.

Eligibility

• Minimum 14 years' education from an HEC-recognized or foreign institution is required.

• Relevant post-qualification experience requirements are listed for each role above.

• Maximum age limits where specified are listed for each role above.

• Applicants must have excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability and teamwork skills.
