Eligibility

• Retired Colonel or Lieutenant Colonel, or equivalent, from the Armed Forces.

• At least 28 years of commissioned service.

• Experience at a Cadet College, Military Training Institution, PMA, PNA, PAF Academy or the Army Education Corps is preferred.

• Age: 45 to 55 years at the time of appointment.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

- Command and leadership appointments - Training and development of young cadets - Administration of residential institutions - Discipline and character building of cadets
