About the role

Medical Teaching Institution, Nowshera (MTI Nowshera) and its constituent unit Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex invite applications for several contract positions to support HR, finance, cashiering and IT operations. Appointments are on contract terms and may be extendable. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview after passing the ETEA screening test and subsequent document scrutiny by the appointing authority.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Merged Districts, erstwhile FATA) as required by the advertisement.

• Human Resource Officer: BBA (Hons) or MBA (16 years) with specialization in HRM/HRD or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university; minimum 3 years' relevant HR experience. Preference for experience in tertiary care/teaching hospitals.

• Personnel Assistant: BBA (Hons) or MBA (16 years) with specialization in HRM/HRD or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university; minimum 1 year relevant HR experience. Preference for hospital HR experience.

• Accounts Officer: MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA, or a Master’s degree in Finance/Accounts from an HEC-recognized university; minimum 3 years' relevant experience in finance, accounts, budgeting, treasury management, financial reporting and audit coordination. Proficiency in computerized accounting systems, ERP/HMIS financial modules and MS Excel is required.

• Cashier: BBA/B.Com (Hons) (16 years) in accounts/finance/banking or equivalent; minimum 1 year experience in cash management, cashier operations and revenue/receipt collection with HMIS/ERP data entry skills. DIT from a recognized board preferred.

• System & Network Support Technician: BS (4 years) / MCS / MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, Computer Engineering or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university; minimum 2 years' experience in hardware maintenance, LAN/WAN support, structured cabling and network troubleshooting. Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Technician (CCT).

Additional eligibility notes from the advertisement:

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on submitted credentials; detailed scrutiny will follow and ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage.

• Government and semi-government employees should apply through proper channel.

• Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing government rules.

• Foreign degrees must be accompanied by HEC equivalence certificates.

• Incomplete applications or those with false documents will be rejected. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.

How to apply

1. Visit www.etea.edu.pk and create a profile on the ETEA website.
2. After creating a profile and before applying or depositing the fee, print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA and get CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (kiosk). Without this verification candidates cannot apply.
3. Apply online for the relevant post(s) on ETEA. Apply separately and pay a separate fee for each post you pursue.
4. After successful submission, a prescribed online deposit slip (showing token number, project code and candidate details) will be generated. Take a printout of the deposit slip and deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through Onelink.
5. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) safe; it will be required during the recruitment process.
6. Do not send documents or testimonials to ETEA. Documents will be required only from shortlisted candidates at the time of scrutiny/interview.
7. Shortlisted candidates will be informed by SMS from ETEA to download and print their Roll Number Slip from www.etea.edu.pk. Test date, time and venue will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip. No separate call letter will be issued.
