The Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A) is seeking qualified, experienced and dynamic professionals to join its team on a contract basis. Selected candidates will contribute to high-impact projects to strengthen Pakistan's public-private partnership framework and support infrastructure and investment initiatives. Eligibility
Head, Finance and Fund Management: At least a Master's or equivalent degree (minimum seventeen years of schooling) in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as CA / ICMA / ACCA / CPA / CFA or equivalent are acceptable. A minimum of 10 to 12 years of post-qualification relevant experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, project finance (including PPP experience) from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency and/or public sector organization.
Deputy Head, Fund Management and Investment Promotion: At least a Bachelor's or equivalent degree (minimum sixteen years of schooling) in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related field. Professional qualifications (CA / ICMA / ACCA / CPA / CFA) are acceptable. A minimum of 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, project finance (including PPP experience) from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency and/or public sector organization. Candidate's age shall not exceed 62 years on the date of this advertisement.
Director, Advisory: At least a Bachelor's or equivalent degree (minimum sixteen years of schooling) in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related field. Professional qualifications (ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent) are acceptable. A minimum of 6 years post-qualification relevant experience in advisory roles, strategic consulting, public-private partnerships, infrastructure development, investment/transaction advisory or related fields. Experience with multilateral organizations, investment banks and/or public sector entities is highly desirable. Candidate's age shall not exceed 60 years on the date of this advertisement.
Associate Director, Finance and Accounts: At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum sixteen years of schooling) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field. Professional qualifications (ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent) are acceptable. A minimum of 6 years post-qualification relevant experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, audit, corporate finance or related fields. Experience with a reputable firm, financial institution, multilateral organization and/or public sector entity will be preferred. Candidate's age shall not exceed 55 years on the date of this advertisement.
