About the role
Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites applications for senior Director positions on a contract basis. Appointments will be for an initial period of two years, extendable as required. Selected candidates will manage major infrastructure and building projects, lead multidisciplinary construction teams, and provide senior-level leadership and communication for large-scale works.

Eligibility
Director (Civil): Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale projects in a senior position. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is required. A Master's degree in Construction/Project Management will be an advantage. Age: 40–50 years. Merit quota applies.
Director (E&M): Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale projects in a senior position. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is required. A Master's degree in Construction/Project Management will be an advantage. Age: 40–50 years. Merit quota applies.
General eligibility notes: Age relaxation and all applicable quotas will be granted as per government policy. Candidates serving in government organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department. Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test, skill test, physical test, and/or interview. No TA/DA will be admissible. Candidates must bring original educational and experience certificates and attested copies at the time of interview.
