Contract Vacancies at Punjab Healthcare Commission

About the role

The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) invites applications for multiple contract positions at its Head Office in Lahore and at regional offices. Appointments are purely on a contract basis. Incumbents will be paid market-competitive remuneration and other benefits. No TA/DA will be admissible. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Candidates may be required to appear for aptitude and computer assessments. Internal employees and employees of government, semi-government or autonomous bodies/institutes must apply through the proper channel and attach a fresh NOC issued by the concerned department or authority. Minorities, women and persons with special abilities are encouraged to apply.

Posts and vacancies

1. Deputy Director (Operations) - Location: Regional offices / Head Office as advertised - Qualification and experience: MBBS/BDS with Masters/MS/Postgraduate degree in clinical subjects, Public Health or Health Management or equivalent, duly recognized by PM&DC/HEC or relevant authority. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience and sound exposure to healthcare services delivery systems of public and/or private sectors.

2. Deputy Director (Inspections)
- Location: Regional offices / Head Office as advertised
- Qualification and experience: MBBS/BDS with Masters/MS/Postgraduate degree in clinical subjects, Public Health or Health Management or equivalent, duly recognized by PM&DC/HEC or relevant authority. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience and sound exposure to healthcare services delivery systems of public and/or private sectors.

3. Manager(s) (Inspections)
- Location: Regional offices (locations include Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, D.G. Khan as listed)
- Qualification and experience: MBBS/BDS, duly recognized by PM&DC or relevant authority. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

4. Officer (Administration)
- Location: Head Office, Lahore
- Qualification and experience: Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounts or equivalent, duly recognized by HEC or relevant authority. Minimum 0–3 years of relevant experience.

5. Cleaner(s) (Daily Wage Basis)
- Location: Lahore, Faisalabad, D.G. Khan & Gujranwala (as listed)
- Qualification and experience: Under Matric. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Eligibility

Qualifications and minimum experience requirements are listed above for each post. Candidates must hold degrees or certifications recognized by the relevant authorities (PM&DC, HEC or other relevant authority) where specified. Internal candidates must apply through proper channel and provide a fresh NOC from their department. Applicants already submitted against IPL No. 7746 (advertised 29 July 2026) are not required to reapply for the same positions. • For the positions at Sr. #01 & #02: download the challan form and deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000.

• For the positions at Sr. #03 & #04: download the challan form and deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.

• For the positions at Sr. #05 (Cleaner, daily wage basis): submit a hardcopy application with a passport-size photograph, updated CV, copy of valid CNIC, and a Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs. 500 (non-refundable) in favour of "Punjab Healthcare Commission" to the Head Office address below.

All online applications must accompany a scanned copy of the paid challan form. Internal applicants must attach a fresh NOC issued by the concerned department/authority. Incomplete or deficient applications will be rejected. The PHC reserves the right to accept or reject any application or to increase/decrease the number of positions.
