About the role

Capital Development Authority (CDA) is hiring Directors on a contract basis to manage large-scale building and infrastructure projects. Appointments are initially for a period of two years and may be extended. Successful candidates will lead major construction and multidisciplinary project teams, provide senior-level project oversight, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test, skill test, physical test (if applicable) and interviews. No TA/DA will be admissible.

Eligibility

• Director (Civil): Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Professional engineering registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale projects in a senior position. Master's degree in Construction/Project Management is an advantage. Proven experience in managing major infrastructure works; leadership and communication skills; experience in multidisciplinary construction environments preferred.

• Director (E&M): Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Professional engineering registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale projects in a senior position. Master's degree in Construction/Project Management is an advantage. Proven experience in managing major building and infrastructure works; leadership and communication skills; experience in multidisciplinary construction environments preferred.

• Age: 40–50 years as advertised. Age relaxation and all applicable quotas will be observed as per government policy.
