About the role
The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan invites applications from qualified candidates for a merit-based contract appointment as Manager IPD (G-10) at Mardan Medical Complex. The post calls for strong skills in decision-making, budget management, analysis and planning, along with a working knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare KPIs, ISO and Joint Commission standards, and quality improvement processes.
Service will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations. The selected candidate will become a full-time institutional employee. They must submit an accepted resignation from any existing employment with another organisation, local or abroad, including the civil service of the Government. The institution reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel the post.

Eligibility
- MBA, MHA or an equivalent degree in Management Sciences (16 years of education) from a recognised university.
- Five years of post-qualification administrative experience in a tertiary care hospital.
- Preference will be given to candidates with documented competence in decision-making, budget management, analytical and planning skills, and knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare KPIs, ISO/Joint Commission standards and quality improvement processes.
- Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date for receipt of applications.
- The minority and disability quota will apply as per Government policy.
- A candidate found to have given false information in their documents or credentials will be disqualified, or terminated from service at any stage.

2. Fill in the form and attach attested copies of your degree or diploma, experience certificates, CNIC and domicile, along with two photographs.
3. Attach a bank deposit slip for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000. Deposit the fee into the following account:

4. Write the post applied for on the envelope.

Incomplete application forms will not be considered. Any attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will lead to automatic disqualification. The decision of the selection committee will be final, subject to approval by the Board of Governors. Once a final decision is made, no correspondence about the process will be entertained.
