About the role
The Medical Teaching Institution, Mardan (MTI-Mardan) invites applications from qualified candidates for a merit-based appointment on a contract basis to the post of Manager IPD (G-10) at Mardan Medical Complex.
The service of the appointed candidate will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations. The selected candidate will become a full-time employee of the institution. Before joining, the candidate must submit an accepted resignation from any existing employment with any other organisation, local or abroad. This includes the civil service of the Government.
A candidate will be disqualified, or terminated at any stage of service, if any false statement is found in their documents or credentials. The institution reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel the post. The minority and disability quotas will apply as per Government policy.

Eligibility
- An MBA, MHA or equivalent degree in Management Sciences (16 years of education) from a recognised university.
- At least 5 years of post-qualification administrative experience in a tertiary care hospital.
- Preference will be given to candidates with documented competence in decision-making, budget management, analysis and planning.
- Preference will also be given to candidates with knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare KPIs, ISO and Joint Commission standards, and quality improvement processes.
- Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date for receipt of applications.

2. Fill in the form completely. Attach attested copies of your degree or diploma, experience certificates, CNIC and domicile, along with two photographs.

Incomplete application forms will not be considered. Any attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will lead to automatic disqualification. The decision of the selection committee will be final, subject to approval by the Board of Governors. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. No correspondence about the process will be entertained after the final decision.
