Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) Contract Positions

About the role

Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, is recruiting qualified professionals on a contract basis for a PSDP project titled "Revamping of IT Industry Landscape." These roles will support project delivery, capacity development, research, and HR-related project functions. Appointments will be made on the contract terms specified by PSEB.

Posts and vacancies

• Assistant Program Manager (HR Skills) — 2 positions — PPS-08

• Research Consultant — PPS-08

• Assistant Program Officer (HR Skills) — PPS-07

Eligibility

• Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in the fields listed against each post.

• Assistant Program Manager (HR Skills): Management Sciences / Human Resource / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / IT. Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in human resource development, project management, or capacity development projects. Preference for candidates with PSDP/ADP/Government projects experience. Age limit: 45 years.

• Research Consultant: Management Sciences / Economics / Research / Public Policy / Business Administration. Minimum 6 years professional experience, including at least 4 years managing PSDP programs focused on marketing research, survey reports, data analytics and strategic management. Understanding of IT industry market trends, branding, campaigns and consumer behavior is required. Preference for PSDP/ADP/Government projects experience. Age limit: 55 years.

• Assistant Program Officer (HR Skills): Management Sciences / Human Resource / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / IT. Minimum 2 years overall experience in administration, document management, project management or capacity development projects. Preference for PSDP project experience. Age limit: 45 years.
