About the role

The Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A) is an autonomous statutory body established under the Public Private Partnership Act, 2017, with a mandate to strengthen Pakistan's public-private partnership framework and enable greater private sector participation in public infrastructure and services. As P3A enters its next phase of growth, it invites qualified, experienced and dynamic professionals to join its team and contribute to high-impact projects shaping Pakistan's infrastructure and investment landscape. Eligibility

Head, Finance and Fund Management: At least a Master's or equivalent degree (17 years of schooling) in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, ICMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent are acceptable. A minimum of 10–12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, project finance (including PPP experience) from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency and/or public sector organization. Age not to exceed 62 years on the date of this advertisement.

Deputy Head, Fund Management and Investment Promotion: At least a Bachelor's or equivalent degree (16 years of schooling) in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, ICMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent are acceptable. A minimum of 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, project finance (including PPP experience) from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency and/or public sector organization. Age not to exceed 60 years on the date of this advertisement.

Director, Advisory: At least a Bachelor's or equivalent degree (16 years of schooling) in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent are acceptable. A minimum of 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in advisory roles, strategic consulting, public-private partnerships, infrastructure development, investment/transaction advisory or related fields. Experience with multilateral organizations, investment banks and/or public sector entities is highly desirable. Age not to exceed 60 years on the date of this advertisement.

Associate Director, Finance and Accounts: At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (16 years of schooling) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent are acceptable. A minimum of 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, audit, corporate finance or related fields. Experience with a reputable firm, financial institution, multilateral organization and/or public sector entity will be preferred. Age not to exceed 55 years on the date of this advertisement.
