About the role

Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) is inviting applications from experienced and challenge-oriented professionals for risk and IFRS-9 related roles. Selected candidates will support IFRS-9 implementation and expected credit loss (ECL) production, environmental and social risk management, and market and liquidity risk monitoring and reporting. The roles require collaboration with finance, treasury, due diligence teams and senior management to provide analytics, model development and regulatory reporting.

Job responsibilities include: producing quarterly IFRS-9 expected credit losses using ZTBL models, developing and monitoring IFRS-9 models, preparing Basel reports (stress testing, CAR, LCR, NSFR), ALCO packs and market/liquidity risk dashboards, reviewing treasury portfolio and products, developing environmental and social risk management procedures, and performing related reporting and analytics tasks. Any other tasks as assigned by management will also be part of the roles.

Eligibility

• Manager IFRS-9 & Risk Analytics: Minimum eight years' experience in banks or financial institutions. Candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience in implementation and reporting of IFRS-9. Minimum Bachelor degree from an HEC-recognized Institute/University (national or international). Professional qualifications such as CA or ICMA (partly qualified) are also eligible.

• Environment Risk Officer: Minimum three years' relevant experience. Minimum Bachelor degree from an HEC-recognized Institute/University (national or international).

• Market & Liquidity Risk Analyst: Minimum 0 years' relevant experience in banks/financial institutions as printed; the advertisement also references one year of experience in market risk and liquidity risk management. Minimum Bachelor degree from an HEC-recognized Institute/University (national or international).
