Contract Vacancies at Engineering Development Board (PAVE Program)

About the role

The Engineering Development Board (EDB), Ministry of Industries and Production, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals to work on the Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) Program on an open contract basis. Appointments are initially for one (01) year and may be extended on satisfactory performance. Positions are Islamabad based with nationwide visits as required.

Posts and vacancies

• Information Specialist — 1 post

- Qualification & experience: Minimum 16 years education in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or relevant discipline with 4–7 years relevant experience in MIS/database systems and digital platforms. - Age limit: 25–50 years

• Accounts/Audit Analyst — 1 post

- Qualification & experience: Minimum 16 years education in CA/ACCA, MBA or relevant discipline with 2–5 years relevant experience. - Age limit: 25–45 years

• Procurement/Contracts Analyst — 1 post

- Qualification & experience: Minimum 16 years education in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Law or relevant discipline with 2–5 years relevant experience. - Age limit: 25–45 years

• Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Assistant — 1 post

- Qualification & experience: Minimum Intermediate or equivalent qualification with basic computer skills; office coordination and record management experience preferred. - Age limit: 25–45 years

Eligibility

Candidates must meet the educational and experience requirements listed for each post. The advertised age limits apply to each respective post. Posts are contractual and do not confer any right to regularization. Positions are Islamabad based; candidates should be prepared for nationwide visits where required. Government employees may apply through proper channel.
