Sanitary Worker / Cleaner (Temporary 89-day)

About the role

A local hospital is hiring sanitary workers / cleaners on a strictly temporary basis for 89 days to carry out cleaning and sanitation duties. Selected staff will be assigned duties according to hospital needs and must perform assigned tasks as required by the hospital. Appointment is temporary for 89 days and does not create any right to a permanent appointment. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates called for tests or interviews. Salary/compensation will be paid as per the government prescribed rates and through approved payment methods only (cross cheque or bank account). Selected staff must be medically and physically fit. Attendance will be recorded on the hospital biometric system; salary payment will be linked to biometric attendance. Continuous absence or unsatisfactory performance may lead to termination without notice.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be medically and physically fit.

• Age limit: 50 years or below.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in hospital cleaning and sanitation.

• Applicants should be residents of the relevant district (as applicable).

• Applicants must provide certified copies of CNIC, domicile, educational certificates, experience certificates and recent photographs with the application. Originals must be produced at the time of interview/verification.

• Appointment is purely temporary for 89 days and will be made against a sanctioned post where applicable.

• The selection committee may accept or reject any application according to rules and will make the final decision.

• Submission of false or forged information/documents at any stage will lead to cancellation of the candidature or appointment.

• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates called for interview.

How to apply

• Required documents to attach: copy of National Identity Card (CNIC), domicile, educational certificates, experience certificates, and recent passport-size photographs. Bring original documents at the time of interview for verification.

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview on 2026-10-29; bring original CNIC and all original documents to the interview.

• Salary will be paid via cross cheque or bank account only; attendance will be maintained through the hospital biometric system.

• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and make final decisions according to rules.
