Staff Vacancies at Medical Teaching Institution, Nowshera (Contract)

About the role

Medical Teaching Institution, Nowshera (MTI, NSR) invites applications for contract (extendable) positions to support administration, human resources, finance and IT at Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex and Nowshera Medical College. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on submitted credentials; detailed scrutiny will follow and shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Government servants must apply through proper channel. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per government rules. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

Posts and vacancies

• Human Resource Officer

- Tenure: Contract (extendable) - Qualification/Experience: BBA (Hons) / MBA (16 years) with specialization in HRM/HRD or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university; at least 03 years' relevant HR experience, preferably in healthcare or tertiary care/teaching hospitals.

• Personnel Assistant

- Tenure: Contract (extendable) - Qualification/Experience: BBA (Hons) / MBA (16 years) with specialization in HRM/HRD or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university; at least 01 year relevant HR experience, preferably in healthcare.

• Accounts Officer

- Tenure: Contract (extendable) - Qualification/Experience: MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA or master degree in finance/accounts OR BBA/B.Com (Hons) 16 years with specialization in accounts/finance/banking from HEC-recognized university; minimum 03 years' relevant experience in finance, accounts, budgeting, treasury management, financial reporting, audit coordination and financial controls. Proficiency in computerized accounting systems, ERP/HMIS financial modules, and MS Excel is essential.

• Cashier

- Tenure: Contract (extendable) - Qualification/Experience: Minimum one (01) year experience in cash management and handling, cashier operations, and revenue/receipt collection with proficiency in computerized data entry using HMIS/ERP systems. Preference will be given to candidates having DIT from a recognized board.

• System & Network Support Technician

- Tenure: Contract (extendable) - Qualification/Experience: BS (04 years) / MCS / MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, Computer Engineering or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university; minimum 02 years' experience in hardware maintenance, LAN/WAN support, structured cabling, network troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of desktops, printers, scanners and other IT peripherals. Preferred professional certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Technician (CCT).

Eligibility

• Candidates must have domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including Merged Districts, erstwhile FATA) as stated.

• Educational qualifications and experience requirements are as listed for each post above.

• Foreign degree holders must provide HEC equivalence certificates.

• Candidates already working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.

• Applicants must meet all eligibility conditions by the last date of receipt of applications. Age relaxation will be allowed as per existing government rules.

• Create a profile on ETEA's website. Before applying or depositing fee, print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (kiosk). Without CNIC verification, candidates cannot apply.

• After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (showing token number, project code and candidate information) will be generated. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through Onelink. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) safely; it will be required during the recruitment process.

• Do not send documents or testimonials to ETEA. Documents will be collected only from shortlisted candidates at the time of scrutiny/interview.

• Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately for each post and pay the separate fee for each.

• Shortlisted candidates will be informed by SMS to download and print their roll number slip from www.etea.edu.pk. Test date, time and venue will be mentioned on the roll number slip; no separate call letter will be issued.
