About the role

Medical Teaching Institution, Nowshera (MTI, with Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex and Nowshera Medical College) invites applications for multiple contract positions to support hospital and college operations. Appointments will be made on contract basis and are extendable. Candidates must meet the advertised qualifications and experience and will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test pending document verification by the appointing authority.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including Merged Districts, erstwhile FATA).

• Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing government rules.

• Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications. Government and semi‑government employees must apply through the proper channel. In case of foreign degrees, HEC equivalence certificates must be provided.

Specific qualifications and experience for each post as advertised:

• Human Resource Officer: BBA (Hons) or MBA (16 years) with specialization in HRM/HRD or equivalent from an HEC‑recognized university; minimum 3 years' relevant HR experience, preferably in healthcare, tertiary care or teaching hospitals.

• Personnel Assistant: BBA (Hons) or MBA (16 years) with specialization in HRM/HRD or equivalent from an HEC‑recognized university; minimum 1 year relevant HR experience, preferably in healthcare or reputed organisations.

• Accounts Officer: MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA or master’s in Finance/Accounts from HEC‑recognized university; minimum 3 years' relevant experience in finance, budgeting, treasury, reporting and audit coordination. Proficiency in ERP/HMIS financial modules and MS Excel; knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, procurement rules and financial regulations.

• Cashier: BBA/B.Com (Hons) (16 years) with specialization in accounts/finance/banking or equivalent from HEC‑recognized university; minimum 1 year experience in cash management, cashier operations and revenue collection; proficiency in HMIS/ERP data entry. Preference for DIT qualification.

• System & Network Support Technician: BS (4 years) / MCS / MSc in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, Computer Engineering or equivalent from HEC‑recognized university; minimum 2 years' experience in hardware maintenance, LAN/WAN support, structured cabling, network troubleshooting and maintenance of IT peripherals. Professional certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Technician (CCT).

How to apply

1. Visit www.etea.edu.pk and create a profile on ETEA's website.
2. After creating a profile, print the E‑Sahulat token from ETEA and get the CNIC verified at any NADRA E‑Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). CNIC verification is required before applying.
3. Apply online for the relevant post(s) on the ETEA portal and submit the application.
4. After successful online submission, a prescribed online deposit slip (showing token number and project code) will be generated. Take a printout of the deposit slip and deposit the prescribed non‑refundable test fee through Onelink.
5. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) safely; it will be required during recruitment.
6. Do not send documents or testimonials to ETEA. Documents will be required only from shortlisted candidates at the time of scrutiny/interview.
