About the role

Pakistan Sweet Home Cadet College, Sohawa, is seeking an experienced Adjutant to oversee training, discipline, administration, security, staff duties and management of the institution. The college is located on GT Road, Tehsil Sohawa, District Jhelum.

The Adjutant will be responsible for:

• Maintaining discipline and orderly conduct among cadets

• Supervising the cadet routine, parade, physical training and related activities

• Assisting in the overall administration and security of the college

• Supervising house and dormitory affairs and ensuring the proper welfare of cadets

• Coordinating training, sports, co-curricular and ceremonial activities

• Performing any other duties assigned by the CEO

Eligibility

• Retired Major or Captain, or equivalent, from the Armed Forces with 25 years of commissioned service.

• Experience as Adjutant of a cadet college, covering training, discipline, administration, security, staff duties and institutional management, is preferred.

• Preference will be given to candidates experienced in maintaining cadet discipline, supervising cadet routine, parade and physical training, managing house and dormitory affairs, and coordinating training, sports, co-curricular and ceremonial activities.

• Age limit: 40 to 50 years at the time of appointment.
