Eligibility

• Retired Colonel or Lieutenant Colonel, or equivalent, from the Armed Forces.

• At least 28 years of commissioned service.

• Experience at a Cadet College, a military training institution, PMA, PNA, the PAF Academy or the Army Education Corps is preferred.

• Age must be 45 to 55 years at the time of appointment.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in command and leadership appointments, training and development of young cadets, administration of residential institutions, and discipline and character building of cadets.
