About the role
Pakistan Sweet Home Cadet College, Sohawa, invites applications for the post of Commandant. The college is located on GT Road, Tehsil Sohawa, District Jhelum.
The Commandant leads a residential cadet college. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Command and leadership appointments
- Training and development of young cadets
- Administration of residential institutions
- Discipline and character building of cadets

Eligibility
- Retired Colonel or Lieutenant Colonel, or equivalent, from the Armed Forces with 28 years of commissioned service.
- Experience at a cadet college, military training institution, Pakistan Military Academy (PMA), Pakistan Naval Academy (PNA), PAF Academy or the Army Education Corps is preferred.
- Age limit: 45 to 55 years at the time of appointment.
