About the role
Jhang Gymkhana Club invites applications from energetic candidates for temporary positions to support guest room operations and front-desk services. Successful applicants will join the Club on a temporary basis and will be responsible for maintaining service standards, guest handling, and the cleanliness and discipline of club accommodation areas.

- Qualification: Minimum BA or equivalent
- Experience: 5 years relevant field experience
- Age: 30-45
- Gender: Male/Female
- Key duties: Manage daily guest room operations, supervise staff, maintain records and professional standards, solve operational problems, handle guest relations.
- Receptionist (Guest Rooms)
- Qualification: Minimum FA or equivalent
- Experience: 3 years relevant field experience
- Age: 30-45
- Gender: Male/Female
- Key duties: Handle reservations and guest check-ins, maintain records, provide courteous guest service, use MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Qualification: Minimum Matric or equivalent
- Experience: 2 years relevant field experience
- Age: 25-35
- Gender: Male
- Key duties: Maintain room cleanliness and hygiene, follow club rules and instructions, work in shifts including weekends and holidays, provide guest service support.
Eligibility
Candidates must meet the educational and experience requirements listed for each post. Age limits are specified per post (Manager 30–45, Receptionist 30–45, Room Boy 25–35). Both male and female candidates are eligible for Manager and Receptionist posts; Room Boy is for male candidates. Applicants should be honest, disciplined and have good communication and guest-handling skills as relevant to each role.
