The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi invites applications from dynamic individuals for the position of Director – Human Resources. The Director will guide the vision, strategic planning, growth, operations and administrative activities of the Human Resources Department.
The Director will lead, shape and execute the following HR activities:
Applicants must hold a master's degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent degree from a reputable university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). A valid international certification in HR will be an added advantage.
Candidates must have at least 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including five years of experience as Head of HR, preferably at a higher education institute or university. Their experience should demonstrate academic HR management.
