About the role
The Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad invites applications for Director (Administration), BPS-20. The appointment is on a regular basis, initially with a probation period of six months. The institute is located in Sector F-5/2, Islamabad.

Eligibility
Candidates must hold an MBA, MS or an equivalent qualification in the discipline, with analytical abilities and demonstrated experience in management and administration, preferably in a reputed organization.
A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in administration and human resource management is required, together with adequate experience in procurement, accounts and finance. Candidates must also have experience in budget management, coordination and decision-making.
The role requires leadership, teamwork and mentorship, with a commitment to enhancing organizational efficiency. Candidates should demonstrate integrity, professionalism, transparency and accountability in all institutional activities, along with adaptability and a results-oriented approach to advancing the institute's objectives.
The maximum age is 50 years.
